  1. Can I bring back electronic products?
    • No. Unfortunately due to different watts, etc. External conditions can cause your device or cables to short.
  2. Can I return earphones?
    • Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns.
  3. Payment Methods
    • You pay pay with cash in store or by pin.
  4. Online Orders – How will I know when my order is ready?
    • You will receive 2 e-mails once your order has been picked and is ready for you to collect from the store. Please check your Spam/Junk mail and add us to your Inbox for future mails from us.
  5. Deliveries
    • We use PostNl to deliver your parcels if you have chosen Delivery as an option when ordering online. You will receive a mail from PostNl with your Track & Trace number.
  6. Stock Status
    • If you click on a product, you will be able to see the quantity of that stock item and how many are available.
