Can I order frozen products?
Yes. You can order frozen products if you choose the Local Pick Up or Delivery option. Frozen products cannot be posted via Post NL.
Delivery and Pickup.
We use PostNL to deliver your parcels if you have chosen Delivery as an option when ordering online. You will receive a mail from PostNL with your Track & Trace number.
Pickup is only in Hilversum. The address will be supplied once order is ready for collection.
What happens after my order is placed?
You will receive an e-mail once your order has been received.
You will receive an e-mail once your order has been picked and processed.
You will receive either a Whatsapp/Signal/Text or E-mail confirming that your order is ready for collection/delivery.
A date, time and location will be agreed for either delivery or pickup.
Payment Options.
You can pay online or you can e-mail or Whatsapp an order and pay by pin. N.b. Payment by pin orders are only held for 24 hours.
Why have I not received any emails from Euro Store B.V. ?
Please check your Spam/Junk mail and add us to your Inbox for future mails from us.
Stock Status.
If you click on a product, you will be able to see the quantity of that stock item and how many are available.
Can I order frozen products?
You can order frozen products for pick up or delivery only.
We cannot post frozen products.
How can I contact the store?
Contact with the store is only on Whatsapp messenger, Signal messenger or Text on +31 621 67 4469.
We regret there is no access to voice calls.
