  1. What happens after my order is placed?
    • You will receive an e-mail once your order has been received.
    • You will receive an e-mail once your order has been picked and processed.
    • You will receive either a Whatsapp/Signal/Text or E-mail confirming that your order is ready for collection/delivery.
    • A date, time and location will be agreed for either delivery or pickup.
  2. Where do I collect my order?
    • Pickup is only in Hilversum. The address will be supplied once order is ready for collection.
  3. Payment Methods
    • You pay online or you can e-mail or Whatsapp an order and pay by pin. N.b. Payment by pin orders are only held for 24 hours.
  4. Why have I not received any mails from Euro Store B.V.?
    • Please check your Spam/Junk mail and add us to your Inbox for future mails from us.
  5. Deliveries
    • We use PostNl to deliver your parcels if you have chosen Delivery as an option when ordering online. You will receive a mail from PostNl with your Track & Trace number.
  6. Stock Status
    • If you click on a product, you will be able to see the quantity of that stock item and how many are available.
