🚩 What are the Payment Options?
- You can pay online with the payment methods offered at Check Out.
- Or contact us via E-mail or Whatsapp if you have forgotten to add an item. We will send you a bank request to add the item/s to your order (Netherlands only)
- Paying by pin is also as option. You can mail through your request to orders@eurostorebv.com. N.b. Payment by pin orders are only held for 24 hours.
🚩 How do the Postal Shipping option work?
- We use PostNL or DHL to ship your parcels if you have chosen “Postal Service” as an option when ordering online. You will receive a mail from PostNL or DHL with your Track & Trace number.
🚩 What happens after my order is placed?
- You will receive an e-mail once your order has been received.
- You will receive an e-mail once your order has been picked and processed.
- You will receive either a Whatsapp/Signal/Text or E-mail confirming that your order is ready for collection/delivery.
- A date, time and location will be agreed for either delivery or pickup.
🚩 Why have I not received any emails from Euro Store B.V.?
- Please check your Spam/Junk mail and add us to your Inbox for future mails from us.
🚩 How can I see Stock Status?
- Click on a product and you will be able to see the quantity of that stock item and how many are available.
🚩 Can I order frozen products?
- You can order frozen products for “Pick up” or “Delivery” only.
- We cannot post frozen products.
🚩 How can I contact the store?
- Contact with store is only via Whatsapp messenger, Signal messenger or Text on +31 621 67 4469.
- We regret there is no access to voice calls.

🚩 Where do you Post from?
- We are based in The Netherlands and our 2 Warehouse locations are also in The Netherlands. All postage and shipping is done from either of our locations.
🚩 Where do you Post to?
- As we are based in The Netherlands, we post to all EU countries. There are however Customs costs in some countries.
🚩 What is the cost of Shipping?
- The cost of shipping is determined by your location and the weight of your order. You will see this in the Check Out option. Orders posted are limited to 15kg. Orders over this weight will be sent as 2 parcels.
